How to Access Safe Mode Without Pressing F8 :
1. Press Windows + R, then type the command "msconfig" ENTER.
2. Select the "Boot", then activate "safemode" by the Boot Option menu Check the "Safeboot" select the "Minimal". click OK
3. It will appear like the following notification, check it and click restart.
After performing the above steps, then you will automatically pass safemode boot without pressing the F8 key on the keyboard. If the above methods still can not, try with another alternative way below.
[Other Alternatives] For Way Above :
1. Go to the System Recovery Options (Windows 7 / Vista) and then open a command prompt and type the following command
"bcdedit / set {default} safeboot minimal" (without the quotes).
If successful there will be a response in the form of a message that says "The operation completed successfully". but if the response is given "The parameter is incorrect", or "The command set specified is not valid", or "... is not Recognized As an internal or external command ...", check again writing, make sure it is correct spaces and all of the characters.
2. Restart the laptop You.
