I've changed the registrynya in regedit, but when the shutdown still more than 1 minute. Finally I try with a very simple way, which makes Shortcut manual shutdown. The trick is below:
The fix:
1. Right-click on the Desktop select New and then click the "Shortcut"
2. Then type the following command :
shutdown / s / t 2
3. type the file name also "shutdown", then Finish
4. Then be a shutdown shortcut menu. Please click on 2x then your computer will shutdown quickly around less than 10 seconds.
